I have a new hamster. Meet Bella. She is a Campbell’s Dwarf Hamster. She has a very regal bearing, as you can see, and she has an extremely healthy appetite. So far, she hasn’t shown any disturbing musical preferences. She does seem to like my violin playing, though. I’m not sure if that’s good or bad. And she sleeps in the strangest positions I have ever seen. I hope to get pictures of that at some point. There is a hamster ball rally at Petco next month. She’s on a training schedule. She’s doing really well on the resting part. I will keep you updated on her athletic prowess. I'm sure as I get to know her, all her weird little idiosyncracies will reveal themselves. I can hardly wait.
